BEGINNER CLASS

Whether you want to shed a few pounds, gain strength or get in the best shape of your life the ELEMENTS class is where you want to start! YOU DO NOT NEED ANY PREVIOUS GYM EXPERIENCE. ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME.

Over the course of 9 sessions, you will learn the basics about fitness, including basic core fitness exercises, how to lift weights correctly and safely, fitness terminology and the importance of mobility to enhance fitness goals.  At CrossFit Kuleana, we will empower you by helping you learn how to scale exercises while challenging you at the same time.

Each class is 55 minutes long and is held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7 AM or 7 PM. Don’t feel intimidated by the gym anymore, learn all you need to know!

SMALL GROUP CROSSFIT CLASS

Whether you’re an experienced athlete or just starting your fitness journey, our Small Group CrossFit program is perfect for you.   This is a done for you program.  All you need to do is show up!

We include EVERYTHING that is required for success: Exercise, Nutrition, Mindset, Support, Motivation, Accountability, Stress Management.

We limit the BioForce HRV Small Group CrossFit Training to just 12 people so we can give everyone the attention they need to be safe and effective. You will be in, out, and on your way in 55 minutes.
