Our personal training process begins with a complimentary in-depth evaluation that encompasses all aspects of wellness and determines where you could use the most improvement. We then work together to build out a plan to address all aspects of wellness, focusing on those that will help you reach your goals. Thr program is extremely flexible concerning your schedule. You will purchase a certain amount of 1 hour sessions and use them as you see fit. We encourage a consistent schedule, but we understand that life happens. We will fit you with a coach that will help you to achieve to your highest potential and make sure your machine (body) is tuned up and running exactly the way it was designed to.
