The purpose of the CrossFit Beginner Course is to to teach the basic movements and principles of CrossFit and prepare athletes for the group sessions. In order to attend regular group classes, each athlete must successfully complete the Crossfit Beginner course with 100% attendance and participation, unless they are able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the movements.
Each class will be set up like our regular classes to include a warm up, skill/strength and a workout. You will attend 3 classes a week for a total of 6 sessions (schedule may vary based upon scheduling issues or holidays). At the end of the course you will be able to present safe and sound movement patterns of all of the movements needed to participate in group classes. While there is more exercises than the course can cover it will lay out a solid foundation for you to get healthier, fitter and crush life!
